Nigel Duncan is a national of Guyana, who brings to the TAPSEC Project some twenty years of administrative experience including ten (10) years in the Public Sector. Prior to joining the TAPSEC Project in January 2019, Nigel worked for the just concluded GIZ REETA Programme from 2014-2018. He also worked with the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons) in Business and Management from Leeds Metropolitan University in the UK and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from the Australian Institute of Business (AIB). He also holds the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
